Lodging at the Hershey Lodge

The Hershey Lodge offers the ideal accommodations for a mid-winter convention. Check into your room on the first day and without setting foot outside until you check out two days later you can attend the educational sessions, visit the trade show exhibits, enjoy your meals from a variety of restaurants, take advantage of the indoor pool or exercise area, and visit fellow growers at the various social events. The Hershey Lodge offers it all. Of course, there are additional attractions nearby as well, including the Hershey’s Chocolate World tour.

A special discounted Mid-Atlantic Convention room rate will be available to attendees. Credit cards are charged a one night’s advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation.

Transportation and Directions

The Hershey Lodge is located in a triangle created by US Route 422 (Chocolate Avenue), University Drive, and US Route 322 (Governor Road). It is immediately across US Route 322 from the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. The nearest airport is Harrisburg International Airport (HIA). The Hershey Lodge provides shuttle service from the airport for a fee. Contact the Lodge concierge at 717-533-3311 to make arrangements prior to your arrival. The Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is about 90 minutes away. Shuttle service is not provided to BWI but rental cars are available. The Lodge has an Enterprise-Rent-a-Car office on-site. Amtrak provides train service to nearby Harrisburg and the Lodge shuttle service is available from the train station.
